Job Duties:

• Participate in technical solution design and to provide professional supports and advices in the view of technical and industry standard
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including assessment of customer’s requirements, solution design, proposal preparation, and technical presentation to customers
• Collaborate with engineering team and product team on project delivery and implementation
• Work closely with external business partners and internal teams to ensure technical feasibility of solutions, and to monitor and manage projects progression
• Ensure the solution aligning with business strategy and direction
• Provide technical insight, roadmaps and forecasts on new technology platform
• Perform ad-hoc job task as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology; Presales experience in technology solutions will be an added value
• Deep knowledge in Cloud, Salesforce, SAP Marketing Cloud or other SaaS solutions
• Proven experience in project delivery and delivery management
• Fast learner with good analytical & problem-solving skills and self-motivation
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• HK Permanent Resident is required
