Job Description
Job Title: Solution Architect
Job Responsibility:
- Candidate will be responsible for coming up with appropriate architecture for new applications, re-architecture of existing applications, providing solution for new features.
- Candidate will be responsible for coming up with a technology stack which will be at par with industry standards, fits with the proposed architecture and fulfills business needs and specific application area.
- As part of this job candidate need to understand other applications and its architecture within same domain and propose future technology needs and drive it to the final solution.
- Solution architects would also be in charge of interacting with architects from other departments in the organization and drive technology decisions.
- Architects would also be responsible for proposing correct fit of CI/CD strategies.
- Candidate is able to work with Sr. Architects and implement technology innovations using different prototypes.
- Candidate will be able use his/her analytic skills for solving complex technical problems.

Solutions Architect Tasks
- Act as the lead for the translation of business objectives and requirements into functional solutions.
- Prepare and document testing requirements as well as all test data.
- Lead brainstorming sessions and identify areas for process improvements.
- Prioritize goals and objectives, and monitor the work of others.
- Design and develop technical solutions based on existing technologies etc…

Core Java/J2EE, OOPs concept, Integration with RESTful Web Service
- Has extensive experience with complex requirements (for the purposes of implementing the requirements)
- Should have worked on atleast 2 projects where candidate is personally involved from beginning to design a system.
- Knows best practices of architectures in the area of responsibility
- Can design solutions independently
- Is aware of the best practices which exist in the industry
- Should have in-depth knowledge of how microservice world works.
- Good experience in building microservice using Docker
- Good conceptual knowledge of DockerFile
System Integration
- Should have very good knowledge on how system integration works using atleast one technology.
- Should have worked on atleast 2 projects personally involved in Integrating 4 or more systems.
UI Framework
- Should have very good understanding of either React or Angular Framework.
- Should have hands on knowledge on at least one Full Stack framework like MERN, MEAN or LAMP.
Devops
- Should have hands-on experience in setting up E2E DEVOPS process for different projects
- Should have good know how on approaches to automate testing pyramid.
- Should have worked on taking atleast one project to fully CI and CD process live
FOSS
- Should have good understanding of various FOSS offerings in different technology areas (like Database, APP Server )
- Should have been part of atleast 1 project which has gone thru technology upgrade
Cloud
- Should have good conceptual knowledge on IAAS, PAAS, SAAS, CAAS and FAAS.
- Should have worked on atleast one of the native cloud platform like AWS, Azure or similar.

- Is able to evaluate architectures and designs in the area of responsibility
- Understands the business cases and is able to translate them into workable solution(s)
