Retail Solutions team aimed to provide IT solutions to empower our retail business to grow in the fast changing and challenging environment. Our vision is to benefit our business by building fast and stable applications, structuring a lean and simplified IT landscape, enabling business innovation with emerging technology and sharing the success in China to Daimler global.
- Work with application team (sales, accounting, aftersales etc) for solution design, architecture principle guidance, as well as technical support in area where needed
- Work with application lead to solve the problem of how to migrate existing applications high pritority/frequent issues as well as for new applications how to design them directly onto the cloud o Work with Security and Control teams to elegantly solve control requirements
- Work with Operation team to ensure operational mechanisms are in place, with high level of automation, and alignment with DevOps maturity
- Solutions will be a combination of enabling cloud provider reference architectures/capabilities, amending them or designing custom solutions where required
- Responsible for non-functional requirements, stability, security and performance issues of our main product
- Guiding our product development with right product position in product lifecycle
- Driving the solution evoluation and implementation for OTR+ international rollout
- Driving the technical roadmap and technical feasibility for China retail landscape simplification
- Setup technical competence team for our leading product OTR+
