Daimler has been evolving in digital transformation. Parts Solutions team work on digital solutions for parts logistics to serve and accelerate better service to our customers. We are heading for more flexbile, scalable, service oriented architecture to enable more modern devices, robot-human integration, empower supply chain with more advanced digital eco-system technologies.
This Solution Architect role will take part in to digital products, drive solution architecture area to improve the stability of applications, technical development, as well as technical innovation areas.

Job designation:
1. Take solution architect role in IT products
- Collaborate with internal and external technical experts to design software architecture, data architecture and provide solution for system stability
- Analyze and provide integration architecture, solution and technical standards
- Provide technical evaluation for business demands
- Support/develop working products supporting business objectives including programming, debugging and testing
- Share technical knowledge to team/community
- Participate in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining professional networks
- Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
- In DevOps model to contribute IT product operation by guiding through and steer external partner
2. Support warehouse device management and innovations transformation
- Support warehouse device lifecycle management with required process and more automations
- Support warehouse business on device planning and strategic roadmap
- Support and ensure suppliers provide adequate and efficient service to spare parts warehouse
- Jointly work with warehouse innovations for next generation devices
3. Innovation contributor
- Actively learn new technology trend and explore knowledge to team/community
- Bring new ideas and innovative practice from the leading end
- Study feasibility of new technology regarding aftersales & parts area
- Collaborate with partner to try innovation PoC and verify testing results
- Implement innovation ideas after PoC successful as solution architect
4. Team and department work
- Co-work with team members/IT departments' peers to achieve operation and release/project objectives where needed
- Ensuring that the necessary training appropriate to the needs of individual employees
- Coordinate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel
- Effectively communicate and contribute in teamwork constructively and positively
