The Services Consultant will act as part of a Country Professional Services team, work productively with Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and other internal interfaces to ensure that the customer succeeds in their objectives. They will provide support and basic technical expertise for SISW projects throughout the project lifecycle (including implementation/installation, migration, testing, training delivery, deployment, production support) in order for the Siemens PLM Software solution to be delivered successfully and provide value to the customer. The successful candidate will work on projects/assignments of basic scope under general supervision on routine assignment/projects and direct supervision on new assignment/projects. Also attend Country Communities of Practice to build understanding of best practices and templates to deliver project tasks Siemens Industry Software. Responsibility: 1. Initiate and Execute MBSE consulting and implementation project • Develop and lead MBSE opportunity with Sales • Execute MBSE consulting project as a PM and in some case, have to perform implementation project 2. Manage cooperation with global MBSE Siemens expert • Cooperate with global team during progress of MBSE project • Delivery MBSE knowledge to customer • Guide MBSE journey of customer based on Siemens MBSE framework and solutions 3. Manage the Project Team • Agree targets with project staff and delegates defined responsibilities and authority • Actively seek and provide feedback from project team members, managers and customers • Define and agree the project roles and responsibilities with the customer • Perform project risk management including; planning, identification, analysis, response planning and controlling • Manage and resolve issues with all necessary internal and external partners • Perform project quality management and manage compliance to standards, rules and regulations 4. Project Leadership • Lead and own the project and encourage strategic decision making • Together with Sales Account Manager, set and realign stakeholder expectations • Actively build relationships with stakeholders Qualification: • Expertise in MBSE development process • Understanding for MBSE related solutions ü PLM(Product Lifecycle Management) ü 1D Simulation ü 3D Simulation • Experience and understanding for automotive design and development process, manufacturing process and IT system with consultancy • Fluent English-Korean communication with global/local team is mandatory • Thought leadership of digital transformation to align with business strategy • Prefer to have project management skill • 15+ years’ experience in service/consulting roles preferable in the software industry Organization: Digital Industries Company: Siemens Industry Software Ltd.
