The Solution Architect & Sales Enablement Manager (f/m/d) is integral to the Portfolio & Business Model Development team in the Water & Wastewater vertical. We make real what matters. This is your role. Identify, define, and elaborate (cross business units/ business segment) solution offerings based on high-value customer use cases along the water- and lifecycle Develop and execute product roadmaps for SIWA portfolio as business owner in close collaboration with product owners Drive sales enablement (incl. customer decks, sales enablement decks), trainings, and sales execution for water portfolio together with internal stakeholders Support accelerated go-to-market for innovative water offerings in close collaboration with stakeholders from various Siemens sales channels (e.g., region, product) Engage and facilitate Siemens water business community encompassing Siemens colleagues across Siemens business units and segments by combining domain and product expertise Collaborate closely with the innovation and partner manager to ensure coherence and close alignment of portfolio development and go to market activities What you need to make real what matters. Your actions are driven by the motivation for collaboration, open and trustful communication as well as the values of the agile mindset You hold an academic degree (minimum Bachelor or equivalent) in business administration, economics, engineering and/ or any other STEM field from a leading university You bring at least 5 years of relevant work experience in the intersection of sales, business, and technology You have experience in sales enablement and pre-sales with focus on automation technology and/ or software You have solid knowledge of the water and wastewater market or related industries (e.g., process industry, utilities) You have excellent communication and professional presentation skills You are fluent in English and German – any other language is a plus What we offer.
