Join our team and drive business optimization for various operating departments in the functional areas of finance (SAP FI) and controlling (SAP CO) and all ERP-systems managed by SI IT VC PSW FSA. Focused activities: Analyzing new requirements, design integrative solutions and implement them in close cooperation with the operating departments and internal and external partners. Driving testing and release of new solutions for productive use. Coordinating internal and external IT service provides as the 3rd level support of our service management, including partnering with them in error analysis and error correction. Providing consultancy to the business challenges related to business-critical interfaces to neighbored ERP-systems Evaluating trends and developments within your area of responsibility is also one of your tasks Empowerment: Independent thinker enabled to provide consultancy to key stakeholders Ability to provide functional expertise Your profile for "Making the future possible": Professional experience in the SAP Modules FI and CO In Depth knowledge of neighboring SAP Logistics Modules (SD, MM, PP, PS) to include integrative functionality of an SAP ERP system Knowledge of the SAP ERP development environment and good knowledge of the ABAP programming language Expertise with Siemens accounting and the functional extensions of CIP2SAP in the ERP systems Experience in the S/4 HANA environment. Project and service management skills as well as ability to analyze and understand business processes Reliability and structured way of working, analytical thinking, presentation skills and persuasive skills Resilience, flexibility as well as communication and team adeptness Good verbal and written communication skills (German a plus) Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience Proficient in Siemens business and accounting processes Accounting knowledge and understanding of Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines Good interpersonal and communication skills, and advanced analysis required 5+ years of successful experience in a directly related field and successful demonstration of Key Responsibilities as presented above Experience leading teams or projects Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
