The Online Platform organization is embarking on a multi-year strategy to (1) transform our platform to a cloud-hosted, container-based microservice architecture and (2) expand offerings across customer segments of B2C, SMB, and B2B, product units of PC, Smart Devices, Mobile, and Data Center, and channels of marketplace, third-party offerings, and subscription services. As a Solution Analyst, you will be responsible for planning, solutioning and implementing complex web applications based upon Online Platform strategy. The Solution Analyst must be a trusted advisor who is aligned with Solution Engineering goals. Needs a strong focus and understanding of product planning, development execution and Agile best practices. To be successful, you must be able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced agile environment. This position requires strong leadership, design, and communication skills to effectively work with management, team members and business contacts. #### Position Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product Management environment with Agile, Scrum or SAFe product methodologies Experience with web technologies such as Ract JS framework, Google Analytics, eCommerce platform experience(any), CMS platform (any), Cloud application hosting (AWS). Experience with backend programming languages/framework – JAVA, Google Play Experience in constructing complex solutions and documenting requirements based on SAFe principles Working knowledge of XML, HTML, JavaScript, data feeds, web services/APIs, NodeJS, React JS framework Strong communication, partnering skills and proven leadership Excellent problem solving and decision-making skill; deal with ambiguity in fast-paced e-business environment Demonstrated record of operating in a Self-organizing and autonomous Organizational model with a clear sense of accountability & transparency.
