In your new role as Solution Expert (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the implementation and support of our solutions and offerings in the process phases - Project Acquisition - Project Execution - Improvement. In doing so, you will support and advise our regional partners worldwide in the preparation of customer offers the execution of proof of concepts and customer projects as well as the creation and presentation of sustainable solution concepts. With your know-how in the area of IT/OT integration - from the shopfloor to the management execution level - you are able to support and advise our international partners and customers in questions of technical implementation and sustainable architectures or to lead these projects yourself if necessary. You can convince with your expertise in our Siemens OpCenter, Industrial Edge and Shopfloor Automation portfolio. Ideally, you already have project experience in the field of electronics/battery manufacturing or food&beverage or automotive industries. This is what your tasks look like. You develop solution architectures and applications in our focus industries – Electronics / Food&Beverage / Automotive and other One of your focus will be Electronics and Batteries You advise customers on technical solutions focussing IT/OT infrastructures (MES, Industrial Edge, Shopfloor Automation) You lead the technical implementation of customer projects from our headquarter or support and enable the regions on complex projects You support in the preparation of customer proposals and presentations You drive innovation in OT/IT integration for our customers You feed customer requirements to develop new offerings Your qualifications - what you bring to the table.  You have a successfully completed degree in engineering, information technology or related fields (or comparable knowledge) and many years of buiness experience You have experience with production processes of the discrete and process industry You have very good knowledge of the product portfolio of the DI business units You have advanced experience in connectivity, IoT and automation; including edge applications and cloud connectivity You have experience with software architectures in OT/IT environment. You have experience in applying project management methodologies, PM@ certification desirable You have experience in dealing with end customers, customer presentations, consulting You have experience with production processes in various industries, desirable electronics (e.g. battery manufacturing) or food&beverage.
