For our Smart Infrastructure Division in Kartal we are searching for a Solution & Power Automation Proposal Team Leader! This role will be leading Proposal managers for related business activities! What part will you play? Coordinating overall planning of potential proposals and deciding on allocation of resources, Resourcing management, contract management support & analyses for potential offers & customers, Preparing regular reporting, project status discussions and milestone reviews, Maintaining relationships between Operations (factories), sub contractors, suppliers and Sales teams, Ensuring quality standards for overall proposal management processes are met at all times, Initiating improvements and ensuring appropriate workflow within the environment, Ensuring best practice business processes and procedures are documented and implemented in accordance with Siemens guidelines and policies, Maintaining constant communication to customers, outside contractors or other partners, supporting all customer related activities together with the team, Developing, maintaining and enhancing customer relations at required levels together with sales, Keeping up to date with local market trends, customer requirements, comparing to local requirements, Planning and implementation of necessary trainings for the team members and guide the team for career path, Maintaining forecast integrity and releasing management reports, Following up the HSE Requirements that needs to be fulfilled at site level and making sure that all Siemens corporate and Legal HSE Requirements are met. What you need to make real what matters. Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering & Control & Communication Engineering, Very good command of Turkish & English (German is a plus), Advanced level of knowledge in MS Office Applications, Minimum 8 years of experience in proposal or project management, preferably in protection & automation or SCADA business, solution/turnkey businesses, Knowledge on power distribution products including protection, metering, control and annunciations. Knowledge on secondary systems, protection relays, communication, SCADA, load shedding etc, Knowledge on engineering drawings such as SLD, GA, secondary wiring diagrams, communication diagrams, integration and interface engineering etc, Engineering CAD knowledge is an asset, Knowledge on compliance, negotiation communication methods, claim management, risk management, business planning and health & safety regulations, People Management knowhow is a must, including mentoring, development and performance management, Driving license is required, No restriction to travel within Turkey and abroad.
