1. Responsible for Profit and loss (P&L) to meet revenue and margin objectives.
2. Lead the Product Road Mapping efforts & ensure that the process is well communicated and incorporates input from various stakeholders in APAC.
3. Provide strategic marketing direction for new product development and launches. Develop marketing plans that contrast competitors and product weaknesses to exceed the growth objectives.
4. Work directly with Commercial, R&D, FAE, Service and other teams to drive the Product Development initiatives are in line with the strategic plan and marketing intelligence.
5. Build and develop talent within the marketing through coaching, training, and focus on succession planning.
6. Own the demand creation and outlook forecast and directly feed the plants SIOP process.
7. Lead complex contract negotiations and structure win-win supply agreements.

Qualifications

• Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Engineering from an accredited institution, master is preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical marketing, sales, strategic planning, or product line management.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the Eaton marketing competencies and product innovation.
• Strong executive level communications capabilities and the proven ability to execute strategies.
• Must understand the concepts of price realization and value-based pricing / selling.
• Must be highly analytical, critical thinker and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity.
• Must be comfortable working with a matrixes organization to drive collaboration and decision making
• Must be able to travel up to 25%.
