Position Description: Position Description: We have opportunity to join our Global Account segment for our acquisition Fortune 500 customers About the role: As Solution Sales Lead, you are leading a team of 6 Solution Sales professionals across AP. The team will focus to drive the New Smart Solution and Service Lead Business, as well as for our emerging business’s around AR/VR, Smart Industry Solutions to our Global Account customers You will get the opportunity to: • Work together and drive in selling different incubation solutions. • Identify & grow opportunities in dedicated Global Accounts to meet and exceed business revenue, margin and market share targets • Collaborate on the development of Lenovo’s AR/VR, Smart Office Solutions & IoT market strategy and solutions; promote internal and external awareness of the marketplace as a strategic industry segment for Lenovo • Work closely with AR/VR, Smart Office & IOT teams to develop a multi-year plan to establish Lenovo as a market leader & thought leader in AP to exceed planned revenue targets • Drive end-to-end customer sales cycle together with relationship sales team • Develop, maintain and execute account plans • Provide high level technical and solutions expertise • Build strong relationships with customer decision makers and channel/ISVs • Build programs (together with product management team) to accelerate growth #### Position Requirements: • 15+ year proven track record in selling of Added Value Solution in the hardware environment. Experience in different markets will definitely an asset. • Solid large Enterprise or Global Accounts experience.
