We are looking for a proven leader with a strong background in solution and value selling to be our  Solution Selling Team GEO Manager. Solution Selling Team Manager will lead the Solution Selling Team within the EMEA GEO and will be responsible for overseeing the success of solution selling within their geographic territory. You will have initially a small team and together you will identify & develop key opportunities in our key strategic accounts. You will define sales and go-to-market strategies create sustainable quarterly business plans and collateral materials. What actions and challenges await you? • Report to CSSO and Senior & Executive on overall progress and success of solution selling in the GEO • Select Trusted Solution Architects for Geo and management of Solution Selling Team • Be an Expert communicator who is able to improve collaboration between the core selling teams and specialists/overlay teams that will be led by the new Trusted Solution Architects • Monitor the progress of teams within your GEO and give coaching and direction to Managers and teams to ensure success in regions on the KPIs for solution selling success and improved CX. • Give direction to the Researchers and Analysts for strategic reports, insights, and positioning that can help inform discovery and needs analysis, proposals, sales productivity drivers, territory and vertical specific information, solutions, and recommendations as well as CX drivers and KPIs Organization You will report to the EMEA leader of our Enterprise Business. Work location is flexible within the EMEA region with a preferred location of candidates in the UK, Germany, France and Denmark. #### Position Requirements: • 10+ years’ experience in a leadership capacity with a clear understanding of solutions selling methodology, outcomes and drivers of success, as well as excellent managerial skills • Previous experience leading a team of technical SMEs, and, ideally, within a solution selling methodology plus • Solid knowledge of the scope of Lenovo’s products and services • Well built  interpersonal skills, demonstrated team building, leadership, and the ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements • Superior customer engagement skills with a focus on new business development • Powerful Deal Management and Negotiation skills • Knowledge and established relationships with large enterprise customers in the territory is preferred What We Will Offer You: • A multitude of professional and personal opportunities. • An open and stimulating environment within one of the most forwarding thinking IT companies. • Flat structures and fast decision-making processes. • A modern and flexible way of working to combine personal and professional life. • An international team with a high focus on Diversity.
