Position Description:
You will be focusing on
\- Digital Solution Services (AR/VR, AI and IoT etc). This will support
Lenovo’s 3S strategy for Smart IOT, Smart Infrastructure, and Smart Verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Work with global and regional cross-functional teams to establish go-to-
market roadmap for digital solutions portfolio and appended managed /
professional services
\- Leverage collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and
established partner network to localize launch plan and execute go-to-market
for AP countries
\- Create value proposition and value-add content. Advice on go-to-market
matters such as solution collaterals, pricing, compliance, sales/partner
enablement, PoCs, sales conversions to customer engagement and cater to their
top-of-mind
\- Provide ongoing guidance to account sales, services sales and solution
architects throughout product / solution lifecycle
\- Track line of business results and proactively steer towards targets and
success

Position Requirements:
\- Recognized university degree (Advanced degree preferred but not mandatory)
\- Deep knowledge and passion for emerging technology and development /
application of use cases
\- 5+ years’ experience in developing and executing IoT / emerging technology
solution launch plans
\- Proven track record in solution development lifecycle and go-to-market with
renowned vendor or integrator
\- Possesses commercial awareness of local and regional competitive market in
AP region, including direct and indirect competition from OEMs, business
partners and solution providers in focus practice areas
\- Confident, articulate and professional in both oral and written
communication and presentation in addressing all levels of audiences including
C-levels
\- Ability and effectiveness to lead and influence
\- Entrepreneurial and automatous worker, ready to take on start-up type
challenges. Ability to integrate and work well within fluid and evolving
environments
\- Proactive with intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo.
\- Strong planning and organization skills, with attention to detail
\- Spoken and written proficiency in additional languages over and on top of
English is an advantage
