▪ To manage Claims system enhancements, RPA Projects, and cross functional projects.

▪ Execute Process Review using DMAIC approach through and ensuring that the process is LEAN.

▪ Prepare business requirement to ensure that it is comprehensive and meet the business needs, taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs.

▪ Be to connecting bridge between Technology Team and Business users.

▪ Assist in the development of a clear and concise plan of action for User Acceptance Test (UAT)

▪ Review and signoff User Acceptance Test (UAT) plan and scenarios within the stipulated timelines.

▪ Liaise with stakeholders to ensure test environments and any specific UAT requirements are set up in readiness for test execution.

▪ Execute testing and analyze test outputs for accuracy and completeness.

▪ Work closely with stakeholders to resolve UAT defects.

▪ Report UAT progress and highlight key areas of risk and issues.

▪ Provide UAT signoff after ensuring that all functionalities have been tested, defects have been identified and documented, impacts have been assessed, and resolutions provided.

▪ Prepare end user training guide and train the trainer prior to implementation.

▪ Perform post implementation verification prior to project closure
