AWS is expanding the solutions team in Great China Region. We are looking for experienced full-stack developers and driven technologists who have a unique balance of strong software engineering muscle coupled with a deep passion for product and thought-leadership.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in building end-to-end cloud solutions, ideally on AWS. You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business problems, products, and technical challenges. The ability to connect technology with measurable business value is just as critical as the ability to write great code. You should understand how to create design and code patterns that will be re-used by thousands of customers.

• Depth and hands-on experience with modern application development and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience designing and building full-stack systems in the cloud.
• Demonstrate thought leadership. Have a passion for designing, developing and building cloud solutions for a diverse and challenging set of customers.

Key job responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop scalable solutions to address common business and technical problems
• Work across product management, engineering, and go-to-market activities for your solution. Help define the business case, requirements, Minimum Viable Product, feature backlog, and GTM strategy.
• Participate and contribute through the full software development life-cycle including idea generation, design, development, testing, security checks and publishing
• Participate in deep architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud
• Ensure solutions are developed and packaged in an easily consumable and repeatable way for customers and internal teams including sales, solutions architecture, and support
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge with the AWS solutions architect community
• Build deep relationships with senior technical individuals within AWS
