Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical/quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1 year of experience in the technology industry.
  • Ability to speak and write English and Mandarin Chinese fluently and idiomatically.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to interact and build effective relationships with diverse technical and non-technical groups, across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and establish and execute action plans.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to break down complex activities into attainable project tasks, demonstrating excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent project management skills to drive projects end-to-end.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the cross-functional Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Legal, PR teams on strategy, process improvement, and technology implementation.
  • Troubleshoot technical developer issue and triage to clarify grey areas regarding policy appeal cases.
  • Engage with developers on proactive education and scale education solution.
  • Ensure maintenance of thorough documentation of all the processes and related metrics dashboards.
  • Collaborate with the regional cross-functional teams to ensure and effective developer support experience.
