You will be helping design and implement discovery processes to better understand how our solutions can support our clients’ challenges and opportunities from multiple perspectives (I.e. Employee perspective, business perspective, technological perspective) You’ll craft and facilitate solutioning experiences for our potential and existing clients, and model the impact of these offerings across relevant business metrics Design repeatable operational cadences, unique touchpoints and practical systems of the practice You’ll synthesize insights you are seeing across clients and the industry and build these best practice learnings into our pre-sales program What you’ll bring to the team! Must-Haves: 3-4 years’ experience in strategy consulting, prop-tech value selling, solutions consulting or equivalent A history of grasping complex problems, evaluating user needs, and synthesizing actionable recommendations Executive presence, presentation and facilitation strengths Confidence and resourcefulness when faced with an unclear path Experience building something from the ground up and shipping it (e. a program, an event series, a small business, etc.) Nice-to-haves: Exposure to large-scale enterprise challenges This position supports a Siemens customer who requires all employees and vendors to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 where permitted by applicable law and in accordance with an accommodation based on legally protected reasons.
