To learn more about Enlighted, visit us at www.enlightedinc.com Location Chennai Role Sr. Solutions Engineer, IOT Platform Experience 5+ years Responsibilities • Troubleshoot and resolve Escalated technical support issues impacting Enlighted's global customers • Responsible for uninterrupted Service for new implementations as per agreed service levels • Perform product fixes as needed either directly or with Product Engineering assistance • On time escalation & effective follow-up with Development & Engineering teams on highly complicated incidents • Extensive creation & usage of Knowledge articles on service-related issues and topics • Drive process improvement and increase knowledge share within the organization • Work with the Product team to introduce product improvements into the product roadmap • Upskill and train Tech support teams so as to handle recurring issues Qualifications • Bachelor’s in computers or Electrical • Minimum 3-4 years’ hands on trouble shooting experience in C or Java with for embedded devices • Hands on experience with SQL • Knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems and server applications • Solid understanding of wireless networking (802.11, 802.15.4) concepts • Knowledge of with IOT/embedded systems is a huge plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Flexibility on work timings & Shifts Organization: Smart Infrastructure Company: Enlighted Energy Systems Pvt Ltd Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
