DCG's Worldwide Marketing team is looking for a talented and proactive
marketer.  As the Solutions Marketing manager, you will help streamline our Go
To Market campaigns.  You will influence and drive results in a highly-
matrixed environment partnering closely with internal stakeholders. An
important part of the responsibilities will be to create and maintain assets
such as our Customer Sales Deck and Analyst presentations.  This individual
will also conduct regular Interlocks with the Solutions Marketing team members
and provide support in respect to key projects and initiatives.  This is a
cross functional role providing BAU support to our Product Marketing team,
Training, Geo Leads, Development and other functions on a daily basis as it
relates to campaigns and messaging.

Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Conduct regular Interlocks with DCG Solutions Marketing team members
• Provide support to DCG Sales Solutions Marketing team members
• Maintain DCG C-Suite Deck and Benchmark Summary Deck
• Be Point the Point of Contact for Segment BU’s for new offering development
and launch messaging
• Facilitate and host Bi-Weekly Marketing Interlock Calls
• Provide BAU Support to Geo’s and Segment team for messaging related
inquiries and requests
• POC for key projects that impact DCG Solutions Marketing and WW Campaigns
• Closely integrate into the Marketing Launch process

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
• 7-10 years in a B2B marketing
• Experience in building marketing plans

Preferred Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively collaborate with
internal cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Self starter and able to execute with minimal direction
• Ability to think strategically and be flexible and creative, with
exceptional attention to detail
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
