Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service & to maintain service gestures

· Tell anecdotes about the vineyard or the wine maker

· Interact with customer at wine zone and share wine knowledge

· Propose and implement prestige wine visual merchandising

· Participate wine tasting class with vendors for new wine products

· Prepare wine product description notes

· Replenish wine stock in VIP lounge in reference to trend and daily sales

· Conduct wine marketing analysis

· Define slow selling wine products and provide recommendation to Operations and Merchandising Team

· Prepare wine training material and deliver wine training to internal customers

· Perform daily store operation

· Any other duties as required

Requirements:

· Higher diploma or above with recognized qualification of “Sommelier”

· WSET 3 qualification or above

· At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience

· Fluent speaking in English and Mandarin are highly preferable

· Passionate in customer servicing

· Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners

· Shift duties is required
