What are we looking for?

Basic Qualifications:

• Court of Masters Sommelier Certification
• Experience with inventory of 300+ labels
• Experience developing profitable wine programs
• Open availability
• English fluency required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior hotel experience
• Restaurant supervisory experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish
• Strong desire to learn the financial side of the business (ie. General Ledger, P&L, Inventory, Cost Control, etc.)
