Job Description

IT is a group of specialized professionals providing services to Intel's Engineering, Manufacturing, Sales, Marketing and Corporate teams to sustain and maintain their work environments. IT participates in resolving customer issues and identifying and implementing system administration process improvements, including automation.

In the Enterprise Solutions Supply Chain Team we transform traditional thinking and expectations about how IT supports business innovation, partnership, velocity and productivity.

We are looking for an experienced IT Scrum Master to join our technical team in driving technical strategy to deliver innovative supply chain solutions.

 The ScrumMaster is responsible for:

 

-        In this position you will be helping with daily agile management tasks running Scrum ceremonies while being an Agile coach for cross geo APTs communicating with internal and external teams within Trains that span regions.

-        You will maintain excellent relations with your stakeholders within the Trains as well as externally.

-        Responsibilities also include project and resource related tasks like planning and tracking.

-        Coaches the Delivery Team, and does anything possible to help the team perform at their highest level.

-        Facilitates discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.

-        Assists with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating (making visible) information.

-        Work with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum and/or agility in the organization.

-        Support and educate the Product Owner and Delivery Team, especially with respect to refining (grooming) and managing the backlog.

-        Serve and enable the Product Owner and Delivery Team in their quest to delight customers.

-        Help the Delivery Team learn and mature so they can reduce their dependence on the ScrumMaster.

-        Knowledge of numerous patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum Framework.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum
- 6+ years of industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in:
* Leadership roles within an agile software development team, managing multiple teams, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.
* DevOps practices, IT/software process improvement methodologies
* Background in development or testing
- Advanced English level

• Preferred
  - Bachelor's degree with a desire to work in an information-systems environment.
  - Relevant years track record as a Scrum Master and/or with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
  - Atlassian tooling suite (i.e. Jira and Confluence)

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
