Job Description:

The Talent Sourcer is a new member of Arrow’s Recruitment Team, with strong passion and advocacy skills to find and attract talent, and deliver excellent results. This incumbent will directly report to the HR Director and be responsible for the sourcing and research support for a variety of business units and segments across Asia Pacific region. Example of these segments include Sales, Technical, Corporate, and Supply Chain.

Responsibilities :

• Develop sourcing strategies, reach target lists of companies and candidates
• Build pipelines of talent, connect high-potential prospects and conduct candidate screening.
• Communicate with candidate on current and future opportunity with the delivery of compelling value proposition of Arrow.
• Utilize effective social media platforms, technology and talent pool database to conduct effective sourcing methods.
• Identify potential partnership in the market such as industrial or professional association, local community group, networking event, etc.
• Drive sourcing capability in support of the Recruitment and identify best talent to drive quality of hire.

• Lead talent mapping exercises for market clarity and hire best talent for right positions.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements/ Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of related sourcing or recruiting experience in commercial or recruitment firm
• Experience high volume sourcing/recruiting for local and oversea countries
• A good knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and passion for talent matching
• Analytic skills and strong partnership with Recruiting and Business in souring and research matter
• Knowledge of Boolean and/or Semantic searching, data mining, professional networking, passive candidate connection or other innovative sourcing techniques
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Fluency in verbal and written English and Chinese
• Strong skills in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
