Reporting to Division Manager – Sourcing Operation Support based in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work out the Sourcing and Supply Chain information systems and compile reports for management review

• Partner with suppliers and other Business Operating Units to coordinate and prepare all necessary formalities / documentations

• Analysis on business data and identify operational improvements

• Manage master database and ensure data integrity

•  Participation in on-going, ad-hoc projects related to information systems

Requirements:

• Degree in business or computer science related discipline

• Excellent analytical & problem solving skills, good team spirit and able to work under pressure

• Strong business sense and project management skills. Experience within MNC favourable

• High proficiency in MS excel. Experience in business intelligence/statistical analysis tools preferred, such as Power BI

• Experience in database management, such as Access / SQL Server

• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in apparel industrial preferred

• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese
