Sourcing Analyst/Supply Chain Analyst

美国医疗耗材公司因业务需求新增职位，上海火车站附近上班（地铁1,3,4,12,13号线可直达），会帮助采购分析货物的产能，做订单分析，找出供应商存在的问题并解决问题。需要候选人有5年相关工作经验，有很好的处理问题的能力，英文口语可以作为工作语言。

Job objective:

Work with suppliers/team to provide the best supply chain solution to internal customers to ensure maximum cost control, effective capacity control and on time delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collect and analyze sales/purchasing operation data, monitor and evaluate, provide data support and advice for team decision making;

2. Ensure availability and reliability of products, purchasing data and quotations;

3. Ensure communication with internal /IM/ logistics team at all times to help achieve purchasing objectives (on-time delivery rate, best total cost control);

4. In-depth analysis and interpretation of the data and provide a constructive purchasing analysis report;

5. Establish the process system of data analysis, and establish the input and output standards of data documents and output department data reports regularly.

6. Organize regular procurement /IM meeting to adjust and communicate procurement requirements;

7. Optimize raw material purchase;

8. In the responsible divisions, assist IM team to coordinate the capacity planning of multiple suppliers.

9. Work with suppliers to analyze and improve production feasibility and shorten production cycle; 10. Responsible for continuous improvement of supply chain total cost control

Requirements:

1. 5 years relevant working experience;

2. Sensitive to data; Perfect on data analysis and prediction,

3. Proficient in relevant analysis software

4. Bachelor degree or above, cet-6.

5. Excellent communication skills, responsibility and initiative

6. Results-oriented thinking.

7. Willing to travel
