Job Responsibilities:

1. To provide quality quotation in a timely fashion

2. To provide cost feedback to supplier and maintain good supplier relationship

3. Continuous to maintain Supplier Database for assigned commodities

4. Continuous to enhance Quotation Database for assigned projects

5. Continuous to do cost down with supplier

6. Other Ad hoc assignments

7. develop suitable new source / suppliers for assigned commodities.

Requirement:

1. 1-3 years work experience in manufacturing / industrial field for responsible for plastic & metal part as buyer or initial purchasing engineer/buyer

2. Having strong interests in developing career in Purchasing & Procurement industry

3. Ability to organize, communicate and follow up with supplier for quotations

4. Have experiences about new supplier development

5. Excellent and tactful negotiation skills and analytical skills

6. Self-motivated, mature, independent and willing to work under pressure

7. Proficiency both oral and written in English

8. Immediate available

9. have some suppliers of metal / plastic resource on hand.

10.have experiences to use ERP system like SAP or MFG Pro etc.

11.familiar with using excel / word.
