Job requirements:

• Work closely with Chief Product Designer to handle Product Enquiries, Sourcing, Product Development, Order processing, Artwork, Packaging, Factory Audit, Testing Compliance, Production Control
• Analyse BOM analysis, Material Pricing and Scheduling for end product and negotiation with the supplier, review contract terms & conditions
• Reduce cost prices to drive growth of margin for the company.
• Occasional travel to S.E. Asia is required

Qualifications/Requirements:

• College degree in Sourcing, Textile or similar
• 5 years of relevant experience (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Sourcing & Development Manager)
• Strong sense of market trend, analytical, multi-tasking skills and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment
• Experience with Online Business is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
