Sourcing Director, e-commerce ( fashion and Accessories)
- Direct sourcing processes to ensure product is placed on a timely basis with the right supplier / factory.
- Provide input to global sourcing strategy and execute it for the region.
- Manager the supplier matrix
- Develop best practices and process for exceptional results.
- Drive initiatives in region for alignment to the global merchandise center strategy.
Support the development of global sourcing organization and its alignment to the Company. Create an integrated team with a high level of expertise and superior execution in sourcing.
- Manage the region's strategy and tactical plans.
- Manage the supplier matrix. Align suppliers properly by product across businesses and retail markets.
- Track supplier performance and utilize data to make informed sourcing decisions. Ensure performance meets standards.
- Know and understand supplier capabilities, capacity and performance. Build strong business relationship with suppliers.

- A leader and teacher. Exceptional management skills. Proven experience in managing a diverse global organization and business. Able to build ownership and teamwork throughout the organization worldwide.
- Sets strategic direction and communicates clearly. Defines process and procedure in writing and in detail for consistent execution.
- Proven experience in building a supplier matrix and tracking performance. Strong component pricing skills.
- Strong cross product (Metal, wood, plastics, garment) knowledge. Understanding of product specification, component suppliers and construction. Able to come up with alternatives to achieve a quality or cost advantage.
- Excellent problem solving skills. Creatively able to develop alternative solutions to achieve product and business objectives. Strong ability to anticipate potential problems and take corrective action upfront.
- In depth knowledge of relevant suppliers and factories around the world. Able to differentiate between various manufacturers on a broad range of parameters.
- Effectively negotiates with suppliers on product, price and delivery to create a win-win result. Motivates suppliers to improve.
- Inept knowledge in E-com. Business Model
- Excellent English communication skills as well as local language, both verbal and written. Strong presentation skills.
