Responsibilities:

1) Execute Purchasing initiatives and strategies for Indirect materials and services
2) MRO supplier sourcing, pricing benchmarking & negotiation and supplier selection
3) Keeping the Supplier Information Database accurate and updated in workflow
4) Keeping the indirect material Prices accurate and updated in workflow
5) Sustainable cost saving/reduction without compromising the quality and delivery.
6) Daily purchasing for indirect materials and service to meet stakeholders’ demand.
7) Support evaluation and qualification of suppliers for integrated commodities.
8) Price negotiation for integrated items
9) Indirect Process control , drafting, review, publishing, cascade
10) Supply base control of indirect nationwide / consolidation, and supplier master data maintenance
11) Contract negotiation and signing
12) Other task assigned by Manager
Qualification:

1)3 years indirect procurement experience as category expert on Marketing, IT, travel and entertainment

2) Additional procurement experience on professional service, construction, facility etc

2) Strong communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels under tough situation

3)Self-motivated, independent

4)Ability to coordinate strategies/activities across multiple business functions and regions 5)Customer and Results-Oriented

6)Proven problems solving skills and extremely decisive

7)Strong ability to work under pressure

8) Systematic and structured working style

9) High degree of integrity, code of conduct and business ethics.

10) Understand the supply base of indirect materials & services and cost drivers

11) Fluent in English writing, speaking and listening.

12) Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, can work with people up/down of corridors and sideways

13) Project management experience with x-sites sourcing consolidation and leading change management in sourcing – a plus
