Position: Sourcing Engineer

Location: Shenzhen (preferably)

Professional Experience: 6-8 years minimum of sourcing components for BTS antennas (Base station antenna), and related site solution products/materials.

He/she should have sourced all/most of the components for BTS antenna. BTS antenna requires many components like Specialized cables, PCBs, Phase shifters, Reflector plates, Metallic dipoles etc. Reasonable level of technical and application knowledge about these parts and its testing/qualification processes; and specialized sourcing skills to find, select and screen vendors for these parts is a must. Ideally, he/she should have worked for any of the BTS antenna manufacturing companies like Tongyu communication, Comba Telecom, Commscope, Rosenberger, Rancom Wireless, Hongxin Telecommunication etc. in their sourcing or R&D support department.

Educational qualification: Technical degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics

• 熟悉BTS天线零部件的测试及鉴定过程的合理技术和应用知识。
• 负责寻找、选择和筛选合格供应商。***能在BTS天线或其他天线制造公司从事采购或研发支持部门的工作经验，如：Tongyu communication, Comba Telecom, Commscope, Rosenberger, Rancom Wireless, Hongxin Telecommunication 等公司。
• 良好的英语书面及口语表达能力。

5. 大专以上学历，机械、电气、电子类专业优先考虑。
