Job Description:

- Work closely with UK buying team to source and develop products in accordance with sourcing plan
- Manage the whole process of sourcing and product development, and to ensure On Time In Full shipment
- Commercial terms negotiation with suppliers
- Develop and maintain commercial relationship with buyers and suppliers
- Sourcing trip required

Requirements:
- Degree holder with min. 3 years’ experience in sourcing or merchandising
- Strong project management and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently with buyers and suppliers
- Experience in European sourcing office/trading company preferred
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- A good team player with helpful attitude to drive cross team collaboration
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, attentive to details, flexible to meet business dynamics
