We proceed with purchase orders, file the vendor data in systems, prepare and realize tenders, e-auctions etc. In our team we are supporting global procurement application. We are team of experts with the best know-how about the application and are consulting internal colleagues around the world. What will you do? Become an expert in the strategic procurement platform within Siemens. Act as a 2nd level support for the application. Update User guides and guide users within the application. Organize regular trainings for users. What we expect from you? English and German on a communicative level. Previous experience with procurement, eSourcing and/or customer service are a plus but not mandatory. Know-how about PEGA / SCM STAR is a plus. MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint). Be able to work independently and adhere to timelines. Time management and good prioritization skills. Customer focus and positive attitude.
