Role Summary:
The Sourcing Intern support all sourcing functions including - Project procurement, procurement tendering, daily procurement & supplier quality, OTD, payment issue and generating supplier related reports.

Essential Responsibilities:
Review, analyses, report out and coordinate on Delivery, Deflation savings, Quality; Aged Invoice and late payments, identify potential impacts and coordinate issues with Sourcing team to mitigate

• Update monthly Sourcing Metrics related to quality and on time Delivery
• Cooperate and communicate with Project, Manufacturing and Engineering organizations to proactively support and drive team on quality and OTD
• Coordinate Vendor Recovery & Late Delivery of suppliers and update status to Sourcing leadership
• Support Buyers where necessary expediting suppliers
• Ensure compliance with QMS and Purchasing Control procedures for the area of responsibility including raise SAM workflow, upload contracts in Oracle Database, SAP updates, etc.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Excellent communication and networking skills

• Fluent in English, Chinese and additional languages a plus
• Having active student enrollment in Business or similar
• Excellent understanding of key business processes and organizational dynamics
• Excellent analytical skills
• Confident Excel, Power Point, Word knowledge
