• Manage all areas of the delivery of projects, including project scope, risks, time-constraints resources, both internally and externally

• Partner with internal team (e.g. product development, operation etc.) in new product development / re-engineering from E2E in commercialization process, till solution implemented

• Manage raw material suppliers, including functions of pricing & purchasing terms review, contract management, business solutions of escalated supplier quality, delivery issues etc.

• Strong sense to create sustainable saving pipeline, and market intelligence on material cost.

• Regular business review with suppliers, based on the scorecard result, in order to drive continuous improvement on quality performance, delivery (flexibility, reliability), cost competitiveness, response and technical support.

• With 3 years relevant experience. 

• Priority will be given to the candidates with structural packaging and project management experience (with A3 skills).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Strong influencing and leadership skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders with a sense of urgency and effectiveness.

• Capability in strategic thinking – ability to think big and forward, and to put things into a perspective.

• Fluent speaking in English and Mandarin is highly preferable.

• Excellent skills on MS Office, particularly Excel.
