As Sourcing manager, will be responsible for the successful execution of sourcing strategy that leverage purchasing power which enable to achieve the respective performance target. The position holder will lead procurement initiatives in close collaboration with key shareholders, including product line, RnD, EGD, Quality and market. The sourcing manager role requires someone who is willing to roll up sleeves and get thing done. The talented individual will be able to manage the global sourcing process from A to Z, including product planning, vendor set up and maintenance, pricing, packaging, etc.

Basic qualifications

• Self-motivated and result driven
• Related field coupled with minimum 5 years of experience in home appliance
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced engineering degree preferred)
• Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skill
• Experience in negotiation, pricing, lean supply chain management, product compliance, product development
• Proven ability to influence cross functional teams
• Understand manufacturing and quality assurance process
