Position: Sourcing Manager

Location: Zhanjiang

About the company:

Our client is a European company with factory in Zhanjiang.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement responsible material group strategy
• Develop suppliers including supplier selection, contracting, and supplier management program
• Manage operation to ensure the continuous material supply, avoid business risk, increase capital efficiency,
• supplier capacity meet production growth
• Build up cost competitive supplier base by using systematic cost analysis tool, value engineering and negotiation skill…

Main requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in Engineering, Business, Materials, Supply Chain or related; preference for Mechanical Engineering
• Project management skill
• Good at negotiation /interpersonal/communication skills
• Analytical and Computer skills to manage data and information
• Above 2 years of working experience in sourcing related functions and worked in manufacturing Plant is preferred Excellent verbal and writing English
