Duties and Responsibilities:

1/ Plan and manage company's sourcing strategy according to Head Office directions

2/ Search and source potential trustworthy suppliers and vendors

3/ Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors

4/ Do often research to understand company's operations needs and requirements

5/ Analyze and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure

6/ Negotiate pricing and secure profitable deals

7/ Research and anticipate shifts in the negotiating power of suppliers

8/ Optimize sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency

9/ Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices

10/ Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes

11/ Maintain a database of approved suppliers

12/ Determine and track KPIs

13/ Provide reports for upper management

Requirements and Qualifications

1/ Previous working experience as a Sourcing/Purchasing Manager for 7 years in an industrial company

2/ Outstanding negotiation abilities

3/ Great communication, interpersonal and networking skills

4/ Ability to gather and analyse data and to work with figures

5/ Solid judgement along with decision making skills

6/ Solid technical understanding

7/ BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration

8/ English: good command in both spoken and written English

9/ Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
