#### Position Description:


Execute sourcing strategy to support biz needs;
­ Manage supplier relationship, develop supplier capability &drive cost
savings;
­ Interface with cross-function teams to support end to end sourcing
activities;
­ Support NPI project development and drive the best cost;
­ Conduct contract negotiation, lead supplier performance and cost management;
Maintain knowledge of market intelligence, cost structures and technology
trend

#### Position Requirements:


­ Good Knowledge of industry mechanical or acoustic industry tendency,
technology and best practice
­ knowledge of project design and execution
­ Ability to plan and execute procurement operation activities associated with
biz transformation, supply/supplier mgmt., process re-engineering, and cost
management
­ Implement sourcing strategy within Mechanical commodity / category perform
supplier screening, cost analysis and price negotiation;
­ Able to track and analyze procurement performance, including cost, cash flow
and/or expense control
­ Could interact with BU to drive commodity roadmaps / Category sourcing
strategy; develop product commodity source plans / spend mgmt. for indirect
spend
­ Ability to manage relationship with suppliers
­Basic negotiation skills
