Position Description: Scope: Responsible for FRU sourcing from strategic suppliers. Project management: Involved in new product development and facilitate RFP/RFQ. Contract: Responsible for commercial / contractual supplier agreements with strategic suppliers. Cost: Develop cost models and understanding cost drivers. Develop negotiation strategies and drive negotiations to achieve goals. Supplier management: Manage supplier base and UCI database. Perform supplier performance evaluation annually. Provide high-level shortage escalation support. #### Position Requirements: 1.5 years sourcing experience in PCBA manufacturing environment. 2.Major in mechanical engineering is an advantage 3.Fluency in English. 4.Able to deal with pressure & ambiguity. 5.Team Player & self-motivation.
