Our Siemens Recruiting team is currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist to support our Building Robotics business within Siemens Smart Infrastructure. You will work with Talent Acquisition Partners to attract, source, assess, and hire the best people to meet the needs of the business. You will be part of a dynamic recruiting team that will share best practices in their industry. What you need to be successful? 5 plus years of sourcing and candidate pipeline experience in related industry. HS or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in HR or business-related field a plus. Proficient utilizing various recruitment search engines. Strong experience conducting advanced Boolean searches. To source, identify and pre-qualify candidates for open and future positions. Partner with recruitment team to execute sourcing strategies and to deliver competitive intelligence for current and future openings. Excellent written & verbal communication, customer service orientation, relationship building, teamwork, follow-up, and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Adaptability to be agile to meet changing and growing business needs. Preferred experience and skills: Utilize agile methodology concepts. Avature Experience (ATS/CRM).
