Job Responsibilities：

• Source new suppliers while evaluating factory capabilities, pricing, and term negotiation.
• Work closely with US/China Product Development and Purchasing teams.
• Prepare Request for Quotation, Quotation Analysis, Price Negotiation, and Supplier Recommendation reports.
• Submit Purchase Order requests, monitor lead times, and negotiate payment terms.
• Conduct routine factory visits and inline checking.
• Ensure quality control metrics and deadlines are met with each supplier.
• Reports to Sourcing Supervisor and Product Development Lead.

Requirements :

• BA/BS or equivalent plus 3+ years working experience in an international environment.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PPT, and willing to learn web-based software.
• Strong negotiation skills with a well-developed sense of cost and quality.
• Familiarity with manufacturing techniques: CNC, Diecast, Bending, Welding, Injection-Moulding, PCBA, and LED Technologies.
• Must be familiar with project management process.
• Responsible, hardworking, and team-oriented.
