Sourcing Specialist with Czech language
Location : Wrocław


The Sourcing Specialist will be part of the Procurement team based in Wroclaw and will work for the Central Europe. The person would be responsible for developing, negotiate and implement and maintain competitively advantageous procurement strategies in dedicating areas.

Responsibilities (among others):
 

• Achieving purchasing targets within a specified budget, according to Air Products requirements in the Central Europe region (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia)
• Develop and maintain relationship with internal customers and stakeholders within the region
• Cooperate with other AP departments in the region to optimize procurement and supplier management processes
• Risk and cost management by defining and implementing purchasing strategies for specific goods and services ( Facilities, HR, Marketing, Safety  )
• Searching and developing new suppliers and maintaining an excellent relationship with our vendor base, continuously reducing cost and improving processes
• Preparation of inquiries, analysis and negotiations in specific for specific commodities
• Taking care about reporting and purchasing analysis

• University degree, preferably economic or technical
• 2-4 years of experience in a role requiring commercial negotiation skills as a buyer / purchasing role in an international environment)
• Proficiency in Czech (necessary condition) and English
• Computer literacy - MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Basic knowledge of SAP
• Self-discipline and results oriented
• Interpersonal attitude, organizational skills, dedication, ability to work in a team
• The ability to think analytically and a proactive approach to solving issues
• Driving license. B
