ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Acts as the sourcing lead for the category of indirect freight including international ocean, ,rail, air, customs broker service and domestic ocean, rail, truck load and warehousing

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Work closely with supply chain team to understand the requirements as to international and domestic transportation & warehousing, discovering and establishing the potential bidder long list

2. Lead and perform RFX to evaluate and select the most appropriate supplier(s) with full engagement and alignment with supply chain team and leadership team

3. Execute the negotiation on price, terms and conditions and lead contract management

4 Work with logistics team to develop KPI measurement to evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular review

5. Collaborate with logistics and ELS team on data analysis and periodic review on cost and productivity, and explore the opportunities of continuous improvement and implementing new initiatives to drive business excellence and optimization

6, Monitor the market closely and collect and summarize the dynamics and intelligence to support the annual operation plan(AOP) and internal decision making

Qualifications

1. University’s Degree or above with majoring in logistics，Economics and International trading

2. 3 years proven management experience with logistics or sourcing functions

3. Strength in solution development, process mapping, business analytical and problem solving

4. Good personal communication skill, open-mind and high potential of learning and development

5. Self-motivated and willing to take the challenges under the pressured circumstance

6. Familiar with Microsoft office and power user on Excel and PPT

7. Fluent in Mandarin and English in written and spoken

8. Travelling is required on business occasion
