Responsibilities:

Responsible for the sourcing of suitable products to achieve the best quality and prices for the company

Searching and selecting appropriate suppliers in order to meet all development and production quality requirements

Manage all production operations including procurement of products, monitor samples and production coordination to ensure all goods are delivered on time and with the right quality to meet our standards

Work closely with our engineers to understand sourcing and fabrication of new products and our engineers with market information

Requirements:

Preferred University Degree in Textiles or Composites (Structural Composites preferred)

5 or more years of experience working with Chinese suppliers

Previous experience sourcing of new products in China

Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building and organizational skills with our team and
suppliers

Excellent written and oral communication English and Mandarin speaking is a must

Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high volume and deadline-driven environment
