Job Description

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To工作内容但不仅限于

  • Assist Head Chef to manage kitchen staff and coordinate food orders协助总厨管理厨房团队协调订单
  • Food prep and cooking落实食材的准备和烹饪
  • Establish portion sizes 确定食物分量和大小
  • Schedule kitchen staff shifts 厨房工作人员排班安排
  • Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators) 按照食品安全规定规范存放食品(例如冰箱等)
  • Keep weekly and monthly cost reports 完成每周和每月的成本报告
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area按标准维护厨房区域卫生和安全
  • Assist Head Chef to build and maintain a healthy Kitchen Team建立并维护健康的厨房团队
