Responsibilities:

• Assists the Outlet Chef to achieve the monthly and annual food cost target and the outlet’s revenue
• Assist Outlets Chef in daily food ordering, maintaining par stock as per the standard
• Monitors food standards in the Outlet. Coordinates to take corrective actions where necessary
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of 7 years Culinary working experience with at least 3 years solid experience in supervising and running the daily operation
• High school graduated or above
• Proficient with Cantonese / Mandarin. Able to speak and write English
