Key Areas of Responsibility:

a) Be the first point of contact for customers to collect on due and overdue Maersk invoices; Provides customer service regarding collection issues and short payments.
作为外部客户主要联系人追收到期及逾期应收款；提供应收款及短款相关客户服务
b) Ensure as a minimum weekly follow-up of out-standings, ensuring no AR over-dues days; Meet the DSO target for the customers and complete the tasks in accordance with the SLA.
每周追踪确保无应收款逾期超过7天；满足DSO绩效考核指标并在规定的时间范围内完成工作任务
c) Regular monitoring for credit customers to keep their outstanding within credit limit.
定期监控保持客户应收款在授予信贷额度内
d) Notify senior management on customer delinquency
及时将客户不良行为通知管理层
e) Interact with customers and raise disputes for customer queries on incorrect invoicing.
积极与客户沟通，并将不正确开票引发争端事宜提于客服解决
f) Set up customer statements and maintain a dunning schedule in line with Maersk Line policies.
设立客户对账清单并根据公司政策制定追欠方案
g) Regular review of customer accounts with WKC manager.
与营运资金经理定期复核客户帐目
h) Respond to email within 24hrs or as needed depending on the criticality of the issue raised by the customer.
根据客户事项的紧急程度在24小时内或者任何必要时回复邮件

Essential criteria

1.Work experience

1-2 or above call BPO experience
2-3 年及以上呼叫服务中心工作经验
2. Bachelor degree in Accounting or related or Fine Arts (Language, Economics)
会计相关或者文科类本科学历
3.Microsoft office (excel is a must)
熟练运用办公软件
