What you will be doing:

• Assisting the manager in the planning and execution of administrative processes
• Supervision and execution of the highest level of guest experience during their wellness trip.
• Always know and apply service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.
• Implement and oversee sales strategies to maximize the spa's operating revenue.

Experience & Abilities:

• Certifications as physiotherapist, esthetician and/or massage therapist desirable.
• Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, BOOK4TIME, MS Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in mid-size Luxury Hotels.
• Complete knowledge of the English language.
