Job Description
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage all Spa operations including customer services, product quality and innovation, revenue generation, inventory controls and management of staff
- Monitor operating standards of guest satisfaction & relationship, membership, guest’s comment & complaint and any special treatments
- Ensure the spa & fitness staff provide appropriate and consistent levels of customer service and hospitality
- Ensure staff provide greeting all arriving and departing guests, including maintain positive guest relations at all times
- Support in designing and promoting activities to meet customer demand and generate revenue
- Maintain a complete knowledge of products, services and promotions including stay current in the latest development and update activities accordingly
- Remain up to date with all membership applications and fees
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures for Spa & Fitness Centre department
- Manage daily sales report and provide to financial department with accurate information
- Develop monthly and quarterly report in order to provide consistent progress of the department
- Maintain proper inventories in Spa & Fitness Centre department
- Supervise staff, including daily job performance, managing duty roster and other concerns
- Conduct regular department meetings for purposes of informing, guidance and inspiring staff
- Facilitate communication between Spa and Fitness team and other departments
- Design, develop and train staff, in relations to skills acquired to perform their roles such as variety types of massage therapy and fitness course
- Ensure all staff maintain professional appearance at all times, adhering to hotel grooming standards, hygiene and rule compliances
- Maintain neatness, cleanliness and safety of the Spa & Fitness Centre facilities
- Handle any emergency situations with urgency and discretion
